The reward

If you refer your current therapist and that therapist creates a Spiral account and fully completes onboarding within 30 days of your referral, you earn one free month of the Spiral Rooted plan.

How to qualify

1. At signup you tell us your therapist’s name and where they practice, and you choose whether we may use your name when we contact them.
2. We invite your therapist to join Spiral.
3. Your therapist creates their own Spiral account and completes the full onboarding process, including signing their partner agreement, within 30 days of your referral.
4. Once your therapist has fully completed onboarding, your reward is granted automatically.

How the reward is applied

The reward is one free month of the Rooted plan. It can only be used on the Rooted plan. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credited toward a different plan, or split across plans. If you are already on the Rooted plan, your next month is free. If you are on a different plan, you can redeem the reward by moving to the Rooted plan, and your first month of Rooted is free.

You have 90 days from the date the reward is granted to redeem it. Unredeemed rewards expire after that.

Limits

One reward per successfully onboarded therapist. A therapist who does not complete onboarding within 30 days does not trigger a reward. We may withhold or reverse a reward if we determine the referral was not genuine, was duplicated, or was created to abuse the program. We may change or end this program at any time. Changes do not affect a reward already granted.

Consent and contact

You choose one of two options when you refer your therapist:

• We may contact your therapist but may not use your name or identify you.
• We may contact your therapist and may use your name.

We only contact the therapist you name, we only use the contact details you provide or that we find through public professional sources, and our message is about coordinating your care. Your therapist can decline and we will not contact them again.

Notification email

When the therapist you referred completes onboarding, we send you one email to let you know their Spiral AI Persona is available and that you can switch to it in your settings. This is a one time notification about a referral you started. You can opt out of it at any time through the link in that email or by emailing admin@talktospiral.com with the subject line “Referral Email Opt-Out”. Opting out does not affect your reward.

Privacy

The link between you and the therapist you referred is stored only in Spiral’s own systems. We do not sell it, and we do not place it in any outside marketing tool.
