This policy is provided by Time Machine Automation LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Spiral," "we," "us") and covers visitors to our website, talktospiral.com. It does not cover the Spiral service itself; if you sign up, the Spiral Privacy Policy governs your use of the Service and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is linked from our homepage.

What we collect on the website

• Usage analytics: pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, approximate region and interactions with the site, collected through a privacy-focused analytics tool. Analytics may include replays of how visitors move through the public marketing pages. Session replays do not capture keystrokes, passwords, or text entered into forms, and personally identifiable information visible on-screen is masked before storage.

Our analytics provider is a service provider that processes this data only on our behalf under a written data processing agreement and may not sell it, use it for its own purposes or use it to train artificial intelligence models. Analytics requests travel through our own domain before they reach the provider and the data is stored in the United States. Session replays keep all text you type and all visible text masked; mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you visit are recorded and are not masked. We also use heatmaps that record where visitors click, how far they scroll and general mouse movement on each page; heatmaps do not capture the text you type. We keep session replays for 30 days and other analytics data for up to one year. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or you use the Do Not Sell or Share My Information link at the bottom of this page, we do not collect analytics, session replay or heatmap data during your visit.

Our analytics tool runs in a cookieless mode and sets no cookies or local storage on your device. The only cookies this website sets are two first-party preference cookies: one that records a Global Privacy Control signal for the length of your visit and one that remembers your Do Not Sell or Share choice for one year.

• Information you submit: if you fill out a form or contact us, the information you provide (such as name and email).

We do not run advertising trackers or pixels on this website, we do not sell visitor data and website analytics are never connected to Spiral service conversations. No analytics or session replay run inside the Spiral service itself.

How we use it

To understand how the site is used, improve it, respond to inquiries and measure interest in Spiral. If you give us your email, we use it to reply or, with your consent, to send updates; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

Analytics processing is performed by our analytics provider on our behalf under contract. We may disclose data if required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can browse the site without submitting any personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser-based opt-out preference signals. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you; email admin@talktospiral.com to exercise them.
